YOUR TASKS
· Independent construction management on site
· Schedule and cost management
· Coordination of technical construction management
· Leading and taking minutes of construction meetings
· Preparation of tender documents
· Obtaining, control of offers
· Negotiating and procure contracts with third parties
· Preparation of contracts for work and services
· Interface with contractors
· Site acceptance, commissioning and management of warranty work
· Independent processing of projects
· Project administration
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE
· At least 5 years of professional experience as asite supervisor in Switzerland
· BIM knowledge
· Passion for good architecture and details
· In-depth knowledge of execution
· In-depth knowledge of quality, cost and schedule management
· Customer oriented way of working
· Independent, structured work
· Team and communication skills
· Good knowledge of German and English
· Knowledge in the use of ArchiCAD
