ACTIVITIES YOU LIKE TO DO
• Establishing of the construction management structures at monoplan
• Coordination and management of external construction management companies
• Pivotal role in internal and external execution planning
• On-site construction management
• Customer care
• Schedule- and cost-management
• Coordination of specialist/technical construction management
• Preparation of tender documents
• Obtaining and controlling offers
• Negotiating and awarding contracts with third parties
• Preparation of contracts for work and services
• Coordination of framework agreements with contractors and manufacturers
• Interface with contractors
• Site acceptance, commissioning and management of warranty work
• Independent processing of projects
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE
• At least 5 years of professional experience as construction manager in Switzerland
• BIM knowledge
• in-depth knowledge of execution
• In-depth knowledge of cost management
• Customer-oriented way of working
• Independent, structured work abilities
• Team and communication skills
• Good German and English skills and/or French
• ArchiCAD knowledge is nice-to-have
